The documents are expertly prepared for the client including all IRS documents, Employer Identification number and S election forms. These services, in addition to a deluxe corporate binder, are included in our incorporation package. We provide these services to attorneys, CPAs, and the public, at wholesale prices. The price to the public is only $219, plus state filing fees and registered agent fees. Registered Agent fees are $89 (free for Florida corporations for first year) and state filing fees will depend on state and whether the client requests expedited service. Heller Capital, however, does not charge extra for expedited service. Our fees are always $219. Prices to attorneys and CPAs will depend on volume. Attorneys and CPAs should contact H. A.
